Cancellation and Return Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the case of a cancellation, you must notify the Welland Healing Salt Cave at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment. If you fail to notify/show-up the Healing Salt Cave, a $50 hold will not be reimbursed to your credit card.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE

All purchases made at the Welland Healing Salt Cave are non-refundable & non-exchangeable after 10 days of purchase. Original receipt must be present, and item must be unused.
